Write to us, and tell us what you were trying to do
One address reaches the people who write and maintain these resources. A message that says which resource you were using, and what you were trying to accomplish with it, gets a far more useful reply than one that does not.
support@pmascience.com reaches PMA Science support for every platform in the university, including this one. We aim to answer within one working day.
What we can help with
- A resource that will not download. Tell us which resource and, if you bought it, the email address you used at checkout.
- A purchase, refund or receipt. All purchasing, payment and order history lives on pmascience.com, so quote the order number from your confirmation email.
- Using a resource in professional practice. Questions about scope, boundaries and what a record does and does not establish are welcome — see Boundaries and Safety first, since it may already answer you.
- An error in the material. If something we have published is wrong, out of date, or overstated, we want to know, and we will say so on the page when we correct it. See How We Source and Review.
- Permission to reproduce. Tell us which resource, for what audience, and at what scale.
What we cannot do
We do not give clinical advice by email
We cannot assess a person, interpret a record you have kept, comment on a diagnosis, advise on medication, or advise on a specific case — by email or otherwise. Those decisions belong to a qualified professional who can work with the person directly. If you are supporting someone and the question exceeds your competence or authority, refer.
Send a message
The form asks for a name, an email address, a subject and a message. It is used only to answer you — see the Privacy Policy.
Educational scope. Everything published on PMA Science Psychology is provided for education, study and professional documentation. Nothing here is a diagnostic instrument, a psychometric test, or a substitute for assessment, treatment, supervision or emergency care by a qualified professional.
If you are at risk right now, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. Read our boundaries and safety statement.
