Using these tools properly

  • Print them. All four are designed for paper, at US Letter, and all four work better in pen than on a screen.
  • Read the scope page at the front. It is short, and it tells you what the resource will not do.
  • Use the same tool for at least five sessions or fourteen days before drawing any conclusion.
  • Where a record concerns another person, tell them, record their agreement, and let them read what you wrote.

Where the free tools stop and the professional resources begin

The free cards carry the essential rules and one working form each. The professional toolkits carry the full method, every recording form, the reliability checks, the findings templates and the documentation standards.
